*Birddog Declares Position Switch

With all the draft festivals going on, and expansion draft streaming tonight, a new rumor has emerged. The rumor have been floating around in the Dallas locker room, that a Dallas Birddog wants to change positions ahead of the NSFL Draft. Tracking down this down has lead me to one player and who wants to change his position is no other than the Defensive Tackle, Big "Snacks" Edd. So as a Birddog teammate I wanted to confirm. So I just interviewed Snacks on the position switch and what he has to say about it.

Thanks for having the time to chat Big Edd.
Seeing as you're a big guy, basically a Snorlax, Defensive Tackle to Running Back is a difficult switch. What archetype are you planning on being?

Snacks:

Quote:I'm looking into being the same archetype as Leveon Bell, Ezekiel Elliot, Derrick Henry. Which is being more of a All Purpose back.

Looking at my notes, what made you want to switch to a running back position?

Snacks:

Quote:I changed positions cause I can. I do what I want, and when I want to.

Are you going to try to trim weight?

Snacks:

Quote:Heck no! I'm not trimming and I love eating a ton of snacks.

Interesting, how do you think a position switch will affect your draft stock?

Snacks:

Quote:It's going to make me go first overall. I already know this.

That's a bold statement, how do you think you compare to the other running backs in the draft?

Snacks:

Quote:It's really simple, I am the best running back in this class already.

Wow, big statement by the big man himself. So Snacks is there anything you want the Nation Simulation Football League to know?

Snacks:

Quote:The NSFL is not ready for a player of my caliber. I eat linebackers for lunch and linemen for dinner. Did I mention? I’m the best player in this draft.

So it looks to be true, Snacks is intending on changing his positions. Like I stated before switching from Defensive Tackle into Running Back is no easy task. But beware to all NSFL defenses, a running heavy set Snorlax is a frightening thing, they'll need to be on their A game. We'll see how the draft plays out and how the General Managers will react to the news. The S22 class is already stacked with running backs and it'll increase the cliff between the top Defensive tackles to lower TPE ones.
