I'm going to keep this brief. I have informed the Head Office and the rest of the appeals team I have decided to step down as head of the team. I have been the head of the appeals team for its nearly 2 year existence and I'm glad to see it is still around. Given the strength of the team I feel super confident leaving it in great hands. @manicmav36 will be taking over as head and he will be incredible.
