GFX Comp Results

Hey all

Thanks everyone who participated in the first every Competition and Events department GFX competition! We had quite a few entries, especially going for it all in the top tier, and it was amazing to see the effort and engagement within the community for this. We will continue our part to keep having these events happen. I would like to thank @Jangorhino again for sponsoring this competition and being a driving force behind getting this off the ground in such a flying manner.

Now, onto the payouts and verdicts.

MEME TIER

One submission here by @MattBake12, who with his sleek BBB home schedule, secures himself a very easy pass to earn a cool 250K

PASS/FAIL TIER

3 Submissions went into this tier, with all 3 coming out trumps! @IceBear32 with his simple but layered schedule with lots of great aesthetics, @cjmccarley for his robust schedule making use of a colour code to show home and away games, like the NBA, and @Naosu, who whilst may not look as polished, drew each of the logos himself in mspaint to some inspiring accuracy and effort. Congrats you three!

BEST OF THE BEST

The big one folks, all risk for only one person getting rewarded with $13.5 Million. There was 6 entrants that all had exceptionally good work submitted to the competition, but alas there can only be one winner of the money. When it was crunch time though, nearly unanimously there was a winner in the mind of each judge, belonging to@Number 82 with his entry seen at the end of this post. Everyone else, @TeyonSchavari @DELIRIVM @ThunderTitan82@ @slate and @J0EB, if you want to know what some of the judges thought feel free to jump in my DM’s, but just know they were all highly well-received entries.

I'm a bit late replying to this but great job everyone who submitted graphics! It was a pleasure to compete with y'all in the Best of the best tier, and @Number 82 your work always blows me away! Keep up the awesome contributions you make to the league
