Lord Nibbler is now the Co-GM of the San Jose Sabercats. He might be a dog-like alien of high intelligence from another planet, but he still had many things to learn about the ends and outs of managing a football team.
Lord Nibbler doesn't have a problem with coming up with strategies or dealing with players, he's been having more of an issue with the red tape that comes along with managing.
As you can tell, the Sabercats have faced a bit of adversity, which some fans are looking for a change. The executive that put CK Royal in place is still holding strong to his belief that he's the right man for the job.
When fans asked Lord Nibbler about this, he said "Royal is doing a really great job. He works hard behind the scenes trying to get our strategy in place with the best chance of success. Really he's a great GM. I was brought on more to connect our GM's strategy with our players and get everyone on the same train. Royal keeps that train rolling. "
When asked to elaborate more on what's been going on, Nibbler commented: "We've really gotten a lot more players involved with our strategic meetings. We are basically crowd sourcing ideas within our organization to get as many ideas as possible. Royal still gets the final say but the more options he has (especially with data to back it up), the better."
