We're heading into Season 33 right now, so you'll get a full season before making any decisions!

Fundamentally just feels weird for speed backs not to have access to all the speed stuff

I get that, but in all the testing we've done, that extra base speed plus all of the speed traits made them just flatly better than the other two archetypes. It might seem weird but in real life just because someone is faster doesn't mean they're a better running back, and unfortunately DDSPF21 doesn't mirror real life perfectly (shocking, I know) so we had to do some tweaks to make it a little more even for everyone.

But don't let any of this phase you - Speed Backs are still very good. They just won't be so good that it invalidates the other archetypes.

Haha I mean if you have your archetype switch ready to go you could, but you won't be using the new builds until Season 34.
