PODCAST CHANGES!
I know, you're probably all like "Whaaaaaat?!?". So in order to keep things in line with other sim leagues (see: PBE, SHL Media is lame AF), I've decided to make the ISFL podcast rules consistent with the PBE's, which are as follows:
1. Podcasts will be now paid out at $4,000,000 per hour of podcast, and up to 3 guests will also get $4,000,000 a piece, there will be NO splitting up that payment. (This is provided that every guest contributes during the discussion, and nobody is along for a "free ride".)
2. The podcasts will be graded in 15 minute "chunks" (the minimum for a podcast will now be 15 minutes) for those that choose to do less than an hour:
15 (Minimum) - 29 minutes - $1,000,000
30-44 minutes - $2,000,000
45-59 minutes - $3,000,000
60+ minutes - $4,000,000
3. You're limited to one podcast a week. That means you can make $4,000,000 a week from podcasts.
4. Podcasts will be graded much more strictly. You *must* stay on PBE talk or you'll lose some pay. Garbage podcasts will not be paid out at all. If you have concern that your podcast is garbage, then it probably is.
5. You can do a 4 hour podcast if you want, but only the first hour is going to be graded still.
So basically, If you make a podcast with up to 3 guests, you'll all get the same amount. NO. MORE. SPLITTING!
Don't be dicks and bring someone "along for the ride" though, if they don't really talk, they're not getting paid. Don't have more than 4 people, nobody will get paid. Real simple rules to follow in order to get much better paydays.
