@WindyChi, I think you used too many points. To take Speed from 50 to 70, it's 2 points per so it would cost 40, not 20. Can you please correct this using the following scale?

0-50 - costs 1 TPE to go up 1 point
51-70 - costs 2 TPE to go up 1 point
71-80 - costs 5 TPE to go up 1 point
81-90 - costs 10 TPE to go up 1 point
91-100 - costs 15 TPE to go up 1 point
