Hiring Updaters

Hello all. We are hiring updaters again! We need two guys to cover the NSFL, 1 to cover the DSFL and 1 to audit/backup. PM me with your applications.

We are starting audits on Sundays this year to ensure no more updating snaffus happen. Here is the updated pay and roles:

NSFL Updaters:

* 1 Updater per team, performed every Saturday

Pay:

* $5,000,000 per season, paid at end of the season

Bonuses:

* $1,500,000 bonus for updaters that update their team every single week through postseason

* $500,000 bonus for updaters that update their team more than 75% of weeks

DSFL Updaters:

* 1 Updater per two teams, performed every Saturday

Pay:

* $3,500,000 per season, paid at end of the season

Bonuses:

* $750,000 bonus for updaters that update their teams every single week through postseason

* $500,000 bonus for updaters that updater their teams more than 75% of weeks

Backups/Auditors:

* 1 Auditor per two NSFL teams, or three DSFL teams

* Audit 1/3 of each NSFL team, or the entire DSFL teams, they are in charge of to confirm updates are correct. If 2 or more players are found to be incorrect on one team, then a full audit commences by that backup/auditor

* Performed on Sunday

* If a regular updater cannot perform their duties in any given week, then an updater is given the opportunity to complete the job as a backup.

Pay:

* $500,000 per audit (one audit would consist of the full task, i.e. 2 NSFL teams audited)

* $750,000 per FULL NSFL backup (a full backup consists of doing the entire updaters job, if the regular updater did half the players but cannot finish, the updater only gets $375,000 for example)

* $250,000 per FULL DSFL backup (Same rules apply as above)

Bonuses:

* $1,500,000 bonus for backup/auditors that perform 8 or more backup/auditor tasks throughout the season (a season has 6 or 7 update periods, equaling $3,000,000 to $4,500,000 pay as a backup. If they do 8 tasks they are on par with a regular updater workload and should be compensated as such)

* $2,500,000 bonus for backup/auditors that perform 12 or more backup/auditor tasks throughout the season (same reasoning as above but 12 updates is going above and beyond)
