Q: How do I make money?
A: The most common ways are to write media, record a podcast, make graphics or have your contract deposited. Finding a league job is also a good way to make money. Some other opportunities may arise during the season.
Q: What do I need to do concerning my bank account?
A: You need to post your withdrawals or transfers in your team's transactions thread. If you are in a ISFL team roster, go here, if you are still in the DSFL, go here. If by any chance you are still on waivers, go here to post your transactions. You never post deposits.
Q: How often is the bank updated?
A: Bankers try to update the bank at least once a week. They will edit the post where you made your transaction and add "Updated".
Even if you do not see "Updated" on one of your transactions, do not add additional transactions to it later on to avoid confusion, even if it's within the same week. Do the transaction on a new post.
Q: How do I know how much money I have?
A: By looking in your bank account here.
Q: I currently don't have enough money to make a purchase, but I have money coming in soon. Can make purchases with incoming money?
Bankers are pretty easy going on this front, so if you have money coming in from Media, or GFX submissions, you can do purchases. Be advised that the money you're getting in later on should be enough to cover the purchase you are making.
Q: I'm really rich but my teammate's account is in the red. Can I transfer money to him so he can keep training?
A: No. You cannot transfer money to another user through straight transfering or through services like buying sigs.
Q: What happens with my money when I retire my player?
A: The money stays under your name so you will be able to use it to update your next player.
