The following errors have been found:

The correct amount of TPE was removed during S24 regression and the total TPE amounts were correct, but the amount of TPE spent/banked seems to have gotten messed up in that update.

S24 Regression went like so:

Starting Total TPE 692, Bank 2 (Agrees with the update thread)
+24 TPE pre-regression (AC #166, WT 9/19, S23 W16 Preds, S23 Season Preds, S23 Trivia 5)
Spent 20 TPE pre-regression (Strength 87 --> 89)

This leads to 716 total TPE pre-regression (6 banked)
143 TPE needs to be regressed (Agrees with the update thread)

Tackling 89 --> 80 (-90 TPE)
Endurance 80 --> 70 (-50 TPE)

So only 3 TPE needed to be removed from banked.

Then the player claimed 11 TPE post-regression (S23 Playoff Preds, AC #167, Charity Milestone, ISFL Training Camp), and none was applied (a valid 10 TPE spend on Tackling wasn't applied by the updater).

This leads to the following:
Total TPE: 584 (Agrees with the update thread)
Banked TPE: 14 (as opposed to 9)

Then in S25, the correct amount of TPE was once again regressed. Only 9 banked TPE was regressed, leaving 5 of the 14 remaining.
