Been a while since I've done one of these so ask away. I'll answer any questions about Nero Alexander (Wraiths DE) and Stringer Bell (GM).
In general, yes. I've gotten to spend the seasons with an amazing team having nearly unprecedented team success, and in the end that's what really matters. The individual recognition component has been good but not great (4 Pro Bowls, 1 DLotY), and it has been frustrating from time to time to put in all this effort only to see other players rocket past me on the stat sheet. I did enter the top 10 all time in tackles for loss this season and am on pace to end my career at or near the top of the list, so that brings a smile to my face.
The bigger impact will be felt in the locker room. Raindelay, Frost, and JayGreatness are all amazing people to have around who will be sorely missed by the whole team. I'm honored that I got the chance to be their GM and teammate, and I wish them all the best of luck with their new teams.

Luckily I play a position that can be played pretty much as well with 200 TPE as 1400, so I believe I can remain a positive contributor to my team for many more seasons. Hell, I just had the least productive season of my career as the highest TPE player in the league, so knowing this sim I'll probably win another DLotY in year 11 or something.

After expansion, we view ourselves as the top team in the conference (part of a very close two-team race with Colorado) and expect once again to capture a top seed. Once you get to the big game, you can't really plan on anything, as we've proven time and time again. But we have an incredibly strong war room led by sim veterans and committed younger players who do an incredible job scouting players and helping us land as much talent as we can, and as long as we keep doing that, I think you'll see us in contention every year.

Hardagain to fill the WR3 role so while our receiving corps downgraded, it isn't too big of a hit. The only other position we downgraded from S21 to S22 due to expansion is DE with the loss of Jayson Kearse, which hurts but I'm confident we can find some contributors on the defensive line since TPE doesn't matter all that much.

Even with some vets hitting regression, we're at or near the top of the conference in TPE. As long as Cooter is around, we feel our window is open - and even then, bringing our QB of the future on board in the draft should set us up for continued success in the long term. I can't promise anything, but I think we're well positioned as contenders for the foreseeable future.
