With the season now started, i thought it would be good to get a better idea of the behind-the-scenes work that takes place.
1. How hands on are you and Co-GM Dewalt when it comes to sim-testing? Do you have designated Sim-testers? How much sim-testing does the team perform for one week/game? How long of a process would you say this sim-testing takes for one week/game?
2. What ways do you use to motivate your team to keep updating and spending TPE on their attributes as well as completing as many PT tasks, predictions or media to earn TPE as possible?
3. Do you find your job becomes easier or harder now that the season has started? There is no more scouting or worrying about drafts but now you have to focus on keeping the LR active and sim stuff.
5. How much time do you try to put into this league, as a GM or player, and do you think you put in too much, too little or a good/"right" amount?
6. Have you ever had a funny or awkward situation where you left real world situations (i.e. work, friends, family, party etc.) for this league?
7. What keeps you so interested in this league to not only be a player in it, but to take the responsibly to run a team at the DSFL level, where you need to help the newbies the most, for little to modest appreciation and real world gains ?
8. If you were offered a NSFL GM job, would you take it and move up or stay in the DSFL?
9. Which GM job do you see as being harder, GM of a NSFL or DSFL team?
What surprised you about weeks 1 & 2 of the DSFL season?
Most people have Jamar Lackson being your biggest weapon in S22, are there any players offensively and defensively that you expect to stand out that aren’t on most experts’ radar?
Theoretical question Mario Von Pebbles has been arrested, what is he mostly likely to be charged with?
Even though it’s early in the season, who has surprised you on offense, defense, or special teams?
Food: Mexican, Italian, or other?
To any inactive players (who probably aren’t listening to this podcast but should), why should they hop back on and turn it around?
Realistically, how deep do you expect Minnesota to go in the playoffs?
