The Sim Team is Hiring Again!
We are looking for one, maaaaaaaybe 2, sim assistant(s) to join us for the upcoming season (S24) and beyond. (hopefully)
What does a sim assistant do you may ask? (I'm trying to figure that out myself.) |Yikes|
Responsibilities
- Come join me and the rest of the sim team in the very secret sim discord chat where we have tons of fun.
- Learn the everyday (every other day) life of a simmer and their responsibilities
- Once you learn what they do, you will put put through the ringer as you will sim a whole WEEK worth of games and ship them off to the streamer for proper showing.
- After that, you get the burden of knowing the results of the games a whole DAY in advance from everyone else! (if you leak results you'll get fined and that would be very uncool.)
- Lastly, if you are a good fit you get to probably fill the shoes and be a real simmer someday!
- Also probably some administrative work and searching for waiver pickups to be thrown into the DSFL sims.
And that's not all!
You'll be expected to have the following
Qualities!
- Fun!
- Trustworthy!
- Professional!
- Creative!
- Smart!
- Detail-Oriented!

[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Cool! I like you already. [/div]
Lastly, it would be really cool if you had some of the following qualifications, Don't worry though! We love to teach.
Qualifications!
- Experience with Draft Day Sports Pro Football 2016
- Customer service experience
- Big ideas
- Availability on all weeknights around 8-10pm EST (Mainly Sunday/Tuesday/Thursday or Monday/Wednesday)
Money
Currently the compensation for the position is $3m a season with opportunities for bonuses and a predictions pass.
