And something like this should really be in announcement or pinned somewhere. Rookies often don't have an idea how the contract negotiations work at all and we should try to change that. Maybe DSFL GMs should tell their rookies about the whole process or link this article at least

@woelkers youre right. There are always individual gms who may act differently. Like the kind of crazy selfless big picture gm who'll try to write an expansion draft setup that's much harsher than normal even though it directly hinders themself. Or giving yourself TOs.
