One big question I have about this: Does regression gets rid of traits? Or can you pick between main build and traits?

I'm assuming but this is the way it makes most sense to me seeing as traits cost TPE:

You've regressed, and you need to get rid of 100 TPE. You can choose between regressing your 100 TPE trait and between regressing 100 TPE of attributes. Unless regressing 100 TPE of attributes takes you below the minimum threshold for owning that trait (e.g. maybe Possession TE requires you to have 75 Hands and you don't have enough TPE in other stats not to regress below 75 Hands), in which case you'll need to regress the trait.

Without knowing anything, I think I'd prefer to see traits stay regardless once you earn them.

To go back to the Jason Witten exmaple...no matter how old or slow he got....you knew the ball was staying in his hands if it hit them.
