Stop the ageism (Training Camp discirmination)

S19 Training Camp completely ignores needs of the elderly (S7 players) that are in dire need of help (read - I need every bit of damn TPE to get to 10k rec yards), while giving at least something to every other regression class.

Please fix

preferably gib something 100 TPE as a reward for making it this far

Tbf I wouldn't be opposed to some kind of final season boost for players older than a certain point, but make it only applicable if they're retiring or something. As a last reward for consistent earning

I won't escape the fate this time, would need to earn ~350 more TPE to get over 600 required to not be auto-retired by 75% regression axe. That'd be a nice final boost, since I'm retiring at the trade deadline to recreate then.

Yeah I think if the allowance was a final 100 TPE boost for players entering their 12th season or later when they would be auto retired at the end of the season, that could work too, tbh

I haven't crunched the numbers but I suspect it's nearly impossible to play a 14th season, and seasons 12 and 13 seem to be a stretch for all but max earners. Seems fair to me to give a max earner (or near enough) a chance to go out on a "high", increase chances of setting career records and all that.

Might be worth doing the maths on this and proposing it for the next rule summit. Think it's maybe too late for this year? Unfortunately.
