NOLA and OCO S21 Cap Fine

It has been brought to the attention of Head Office that there have been two teams who have violated the below rule:

II.D.16 GMs are responsible for depositing their team’s contracts before the airing of Week 1 sims. Failure to do so will result in a $100,000 fine per player against the team’s cap total.

The S21 deadline is for deposits per the above rule was 3/9 at 8:00 PM EDT.

OCO's post was 3/9 at 10:14 PM EDT
OCO = 33 players

NOLA's post was 3/10 at 5:07 AM EDT
NOLA = 29 players

As such, both teams will receive the appropriate cap space fine:
OCO will be fined 3.3M
NOLA will be fined 2.9M

If they do not have the available cap for these fines, they will cover the fine through a reduction in OL bots.
