Sig 1: 4/7 - Anything with penguins in it is going to be a good time. Love the background and love the font choice as a great accent of it.

Sig 2: 4/7 - Well you color swapped Shadow quite well, even though Silver the Hedgehog is the superior one. Background compliments him well and matches the vibe of the signature.

Sig 3: 5/7 - All jersey swaps in this signature are well done. Logo swaps on the helmets are pretty good as well, and all NFL logos have been removed effectively. Text on jerseys looks realistic.

Sig 4: 4/7 - The Governator is a great choice of render and the multiple faces on him is a solid choice. Background is simple but that works well with this greyscale signature, same goes for the text.
