What's the worst scouting interview you had both as a player and as a GM/scout?

In your opinion, what are some common mistakes that teams make when scouting prospects?

I'm a believer that scouting experiences impact a player's views on a team and can be a key factor in their decisions if they choose to become a free agent in their career. Do you feel that being a team that excels in scouting is important for their success in the long run?
