Update on Sim Team

Hello,

We wanted to give you guys an update on the sim team situation.

Current Simmers
- We hired Dylandeluxe as our NSFL simmer. He will be taking care of the off-season stuff as well as week to week simming going forward.
- Frick_Nasty is still our DSFL simmer and will be taking care of the off-season stuff as well as week to week simming going forward.
- This means the separation of off-season and weekly stuff has not happened yet. As of right now we don't seem to need that, but will reconsider it after this season ends.

Current Streamers
- Rradum, Eco and Dylandeluxe will be taking care of the weekly streams for S19.
- We are moving to YouTube and will switch to this channel once we resolve some issues.
- This move to YouTube eliminates the need for a YouTube head.

Now onto the important stuff; we still need 1 NSFL and 1 DSFL streamer for S20 and onwards.

You will need a copy of the sim and need to learn how to record the games or stream them. (We usually use OBS to do this.) After every sim, the simmer will give you the file to that weeks games and then you can choose to record the games (record them as a video and upload it to YouTube as a premiere) or choose to stream them. (start a live stream on YouTube at game time)
Edit: This is a time critical job, you will either have less then 24 hours to record or have to be ready to stream at game time.
