X-Factor
Dax Frost isn’t the underrated superstar x-factor some people might put in this response but he is one of the main reasons behind the Myrtle Beach Buccaneers success in the season. He has super speed which allows him to blitz around defensive lines on his way for another touchdown. On the season he has amassed just under 1600 rushing yards at a tiny bit under 5 yards a carry.
Dax has the ability to break open the game at any point and with the Ultimini coming up this week, the rushing attack and the entire offense is heavily dependent on Dax Frost and his game breaking ability. He has the ability to get the ball over the line amassing 2 more touchdowns than any other running back.
The incredible factor about Dax Frost is that he isn’t even at his greatest form yet. His running back teammate J.D. Apollo has got the 4th most rushing yards this season and tied for 2nd in rushing touchdowns. If the Apollo snaps went to Frost, anything could be possible. If you know how crazy frost is splitting the snaps, him getting all of them will result in Frost as well as the rest of the Myrtle Beach Buccaneers steamrolling down the field towards the Ultimini.
OL Appreciation
This section isn’t just going to be patting the back of the greatest left guard in the entire Developmental Simulation Football League, myself. It is the story of the greatest band of brothers seen in the league in history. Coming into the year, the Myrtle Beach Buccaneers were know as the International House of Pancakes due to their love of the fair rub club. However, there was a threat coming from the Portland Pythongs who spent a vast amount of draft capital on the position.
However, Myrtle Beach retaliated by taking the overall best offensive lineman in the class, Bruce Buckley. Bruce Buckley was thrown into the line at left guard alongside the greatest lineman in the DSFL including Simon Tremblay and Doug Quail. Buckley relished the opportunity to learn from these greats and was able to get better and better as the season went on. The opportunity is there for him to potentially slide out to a tackle position for next year. Ever member of the Myrtle Beach Buccaneers loves their offensive line and are able to identify the needs that the behemoth lineman deliver to the team as they lay the foundation for Frost and Apollo to steamroll the opponents.
All of the MB lineman know they’re crucial, they don’t need a token appreciation post. They are appreciated every single day in the Myrtle Beach locker room.
Scouting Report –
Kai Sakura is a wide receiver who originates from the University of Hawaii. He was born in Osaka Japan and joins a small group of others who are originating form the Land of the Rising Sun. He is a speed receiver who has already generated a great interest in the Developmental Simulation Football League.
Kai is a hard worker who has recently gone back to Hawaii and Japan to spend time with family and friends before the Developmental Simulation Football League draft. When he returns, he will get to work improving as much as possible so the team that drafts him in the upcoming draft are able to receive the best possible receiver they can.
Kai Sakura is standing at 6 foot and 2 inches tall and currently weighs in at two hundred and twenty pounds. Wearing jersey 77, a number not normally seen in wide receivers, Kai is an interesting prospect who currently may be near the bottom of draft boards will provide a big player for his upcoming team.
More then likely taken in the later third of the draft, Sakura could be viewed as a depth player or a switch position player if he allows. Potential landing places may include the Minnesota Grey Ducks or the Myrtle Beach Buccaneers where early interest has been linked.
Team Culture
I’m a member of the Myrtle Beach Buccaneers, regarded as the best locker room in the league by a group of rage filled rivals full of jealously. Every individual is respectful of one another and it is full of people who help each other out if it required and make it the best environment in the DSFL.
You don’t have to trust my opinion, taking a look at the locker room there is a variety of people talking and mingling in it including alumni, general managers and other players who do not even have a connection to Myrtle Beach. Players who belong to other DSFL football teams hang out in the locker room discusses hobbies and stories with the Myrtle Beach gang.
There is definitely one improvement that could be made to improve the locker room of the Myrtle Beach Buccaneers. The removal of the general manager Frost will allow the MB locker room to benefit greatly due to work being completed on time instead of being delayed. The removal of Frost allows the locker room to be run better due to this improving the greatest locker room in the league ever more.
The Myrtle Beach Buccaneers have the greatest locker room and team culture in the league which is evident by the extent of non-current players in the locker room.
