You had 0 TPE banked after your last update, and you claimed 29 TPE this update, so at first glance it would seem as though you don't have enough TPE. However, after your last update, your Speed was at 87 [7/10]. This means that you would only need 23 TPE to improve it to 90; that, plus the 6 TPE you're applying in Strength, means the 29 TPE you claimed this update is just enough.

Additionally, I noticed that you edited your last update after I responded to it. PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS. It can lead to issues down the line and, depending on the nature of the edit, could also result in serious punishments. I don't think you did anything malicious, but please be careful about this in the future.
