As a person familiar with statistics would tell you, the mean ("average", to the layperson) does not tell the whole story. There are degrees of success, and outliers, and all that. But for running backs, average is the only real measure of efficiency we have. So to supplement that a bit, what I did was (like a normal, sane person) parse the S24 game logs for all 5,935 rushing attempts this season, and tracked the yards gained on each one. Now more than just a straight up average, we can take a more detailed look at rushing success.
Here are the players with the most negative or 0-yard runs in S24 (min. 50 attempts):
1. Jay Cue (37.04%)
2. Franklin Armstrong (35.82%)
3. Colby Jack (33.87%)
4. Wolfie McDummy (27.63%)
5. Dexter Banks II (26.32%)
And with the least:

3. Acura Skyline (57.34%)
4. Running Back (57.25%)
