Philadelphia's GIF Game Gets Stronger

After the ink was dried on the blockbuster deal that hired Lip Chap (@"Punter715") as the new General Manager of the Philadelphia Liberty, there was much speculation as to whom the team would name as his co-GM.

Many questioned if it would possibly the man who had acted as interim GM, @iamslm22. When reached for comment, Mr. SLM replied, "Don't ever talk to me or my son ever again."

After some long deliberations and a lot of soul searching, the team is proud to announce the second half of the pair that will they hope will lead Philadelphia to its rightful place atop the ISFL.

Please, give a warm welcome to @ShnarlyDude or as some of you may know him, Cody, the undisputed GIF God of the ISFL.


As a quick aside, I do want to offer a heartfelt thanks for @Buttersqauch101, @"Jackets28", and the rest of the Baltimore Hawks organization for allowing Cody/Shnarly this opportunity to GM.
