The offseason was a good one for the Portland Pythons. We got a very good looking group of rookies to add to our already strong groups on both sides of the ball, and it looks like we should be able to compete for an Ultimini trophy this season. On the defensive side, we did a nearly complete overhaul of the secondary, bringing in two stud cornerbacks in Lawrence Miller and Kita Chiasa, who along with returning safeties Moe Skeeter and Evan Jones, should bring a no fly zone to the field when they are out. Also joining the squad up front is power rushing linebacker Kevin Morrison and big tackle Carter Fox. Those two will be making every quarterbacks life hell on earth for a long time. Add to that returning defensive end Demon Jaxson, who I would be surprised to see him win some defensive hardware this season, and late addition in edge rusher Dawuan Madison looks to be a nice pickup for the Pythons, rounding out an already impressive defense that looks like one of the best in the league. I expect us to ball out every game, leading the Pythons to a Ultimini title much like the Devner Broncos defense carried them to a super bowl in 2016.

Bruce Buckley has finally emerged as the greatest Offensive Lineman in Simulation Football. His development has continued throughout the offseason and he has become the greatest lineman in the league. The greats of the previous era have fallen back down to earth with future Hall of Famer Givussafarre Rubbe and Buckley’s teammate Maurice Virtanen regressing over the off-season.

That’s not to say things went that way easily as more players moved overto the Offesnive Line position including several really strong players including Future Trunks, Lord Beerus and Greedy Sly. Buckley is still the greatest offensive lineman in the league as a result of his great amount of training points. Trunks, Beerus and Sly as well as OL callups Mellott, Archstone, Adyan, Cadaire, Hamel, Alexander, Quigley, Littlewood and McKenzie expand the offensive lineman group immensely and will make it more difficult for Buckley to claim his 2nd Offensive Lineman of the Year award or his 5th straight Pro Bowl Appearance.

One of the biggest changes for Buckley is that the offence he plays on has improved significantly as a result of the development of quarterback Colby Jack, wide receivers Kai Sakura, Mark Walker and Arthur Naught, running backs Acura Skyline and Jamison Vermillion and tight end Zee Reechs. Having an improved offence will allow Buckley to demonstrate his extraordinary ability and pick up awards and pro bowls despite the improved offensive lineman competition.

Mario Messi - Many things changed on Mario over this offseason time. Mario finally got drafted by an ISFL team - Baltimore Hawks, and signed the first contract in his life. The contract lasts for three years, with the first year being sent down to DSFL and the remaining two years up to ISFL. Mario finally got his TPEs over 250, which is the max for the player in DSFL. As a result, he has exhausted the player's attributes on DSFL, achieving speed = 89, hands = 80, and endurance = 70. This is a great build for WR. With these attributes, Mario could contribute a lot to the team. In S26, Mario will remain in Portland Pythons. Pythons lost its main running back Pama, but the remaining running back - Christiansen - is still a great RB. The QB - Lebron James III - has obtained more than 250 TPEs, so he has also achieved the best possible QB now. Pythons lost a great defender - McBobby, but the new defenders from S27 look very promising. Many of them have got nearly 150 TPEs. My only concern is about the offensive line, in which we don't have great players yet. Well, I guess it is just hard to find decent offensive lines on a Sim league. I believe Pythons will have a great season this year!

This offseason for the Colorado Yeti was one of looking to the future. We knew we would be taking a step back this season and not be the dominant force we'd been in the last few seasons, but it was all for the best as we'll rebound stronger than ever with our team youth. Our long time beloved quarterback, Wolfie McDummy finally went to the farm upstate due to age and regression. He served us well, but it was time for him to finally make way for our younger talent. In comes Mattathias Caliban, the future of the Yeti. As he develops, so will the team around him as we've brought in young talent on the defense in both the secondary and the defensive line with National Simulation Football League and Redbeard McFredbeard. Meanwhile the offense is full of veterans in their prime and they should be able to help carry Caliban as he gets up to speed in the ISFL. As a member of this team who plans to be there for the long term, I for one and hopeful for the future. We're going to have a bit slower season than we've grown accustomed to with our rookie quarterback, but he'll grow and prosper and we'll be back. One season of taking a back seat will be worth it,

What changed for Richard Littlewood this offseason? Everything! He got drafted to Honolulu first and foremost. Then he got called up so he left Myrtle Beach and instead of moving to Bondi, he went straight to Hawaii but he ain't just a beach lover! But their starting Tackle none the less. After that he got in a special training regime to get faster and more agile. If that's not enough, he dropped 10 outta 10 and started a new series writing about his experiences in Honolulu and also started crafting his very own power rankings just to bash on everyone else favorite teams.
Now the Myrtle Beach Bucaneers moved away from Littlewood and from Myrtle Beach to set themselves up in Bondi Beach, Australia.
But Honolulu hasn't changed much. 
They've got their first human offensive lineman in Richard Littlewood. But the rest of the team looks pretty much the same. Same logo and colors with Luke Skywalker under center. Venus Powers it's still their kicker and probably she is going to stay there for a really long time. But other than that, things in the Honolulu Hahalua are changing really slowly. And that's good as it gives you time to adapt. No need to change what it ain't broken
