The maximum value possible for both Intelligence and Kick Power is 90. I banked the extra TPE you put into those attributes, and left both of them maxed out at 90.

Sorry i didnt write it down, but isnt the steel toe boots suposed to raise the attribute cap of power to 95?
As for the Intelligence, it should have been 86, sorry i miss wrote it, i don't know how i could end up with 95, but 60 + 130 TPE = 86
