The new sim, it sure does exist. The new sim took a bit of getting used to, but overall it is much better than the old sim. The new sim actually has decent clock times, and you can see the plays develop. Also kickers and punters get their plays actually shown, so that is a major improvement. So far it has been a great season for Jake Fencik. He has successfully scored on all but one of his attempts, he is also perfect kicking from beyond 50 yards, he also kicked a game winning field goal in overtime in week 1, so that was pretty cool. He is also averaging 45.1 air yard per punt, which is on the lower end of the ISFL, but he makes up for it with his inside 20 percentage. 12 out of 30 punts have landed inside the 20 yard line, that is a 40% inside 20 percentage. The streams have been great, and the music choices are also always good. The home field designs are also a nice touch, it really gives every team a new intimidation factor that they were severely lacking in the old sim, really gives home field advantage that extra oomph.
New season means a new sim, obviously! Like the prompt stated, we are already five games into season 27 which means we've had plenty of time to look over the new sim. First things first, the overall layout and display seems much cleaner. The games seem to flow better and the dots move much smoother. No more hanky, janky dots skipping all over the screen, especially on those deep passes where the receiver wound up dragging the defender another 20 yards. Now, unfortunately with all the fancy new bells and whistles come a few drawbacks. Right off the bat, the games are way longer than they were before. That means teams that the people on teams at the bottom of the schedule, usually all of us up in Yellowknife, are having to wait at least an hour before their game is up. That small gripe aside, I don't see any real issues with the new sim. The Wraiths are continuing their winning ways, looking to once again start a series of Ultimus births. Once other thing I have noticed is that Safeties seem to be a little lack luster thus far. In the previous sim, Valdyr was averaging anywhere from 6-10 tackles a game, now it seems I'm lucky if I even get 3. I feel like DB's in general could use a bit of a buff right now.
The new sim has been awesome. It has given the league a new breath in life and has made it seem more realistic. WR's are hitting home run plays as well as RB's breaking off for huge runs. My favoruite part of the new sim is teams dont have to run the same strategy evedytime to win. Defensively teams can build their roster to fit a 3-4 or 4-3 scheme rather than it being all nickle like the last. So far this season New York is 3-2 with 3 big wins to start the seaosn off. Its been great to see us benefit from a new sim with having a players like Kingston or Rogers. Both guys have made huge plays that I dont think would've happened in the old one. Another great part of the sim are the advanced stats players have. Receivers you can see what percentage of catches went for a first down, or how many drops a receiver has. Another big hit of the new sim is the presentation. The presentation of the new sim has been amazing. Being able to see the ball travel as well as the outcome to every play, it gives you the impression your watching an actual football game. The new Sim has really rejuvenated the league and im glad the change has been made.
When I first heard the sim was being changed I was excited about all the new features and other stuff that would change. Then I had to redo everything about my player and that took some getting used to, but overall I really like a lot of the features of the new sim. I especially like the fact that you can now see the ball and keep better track of what is actually happening in the game. The virtual crowd noise is also pretty neat. The kickoff/punt/field goal animation is a little confusing at times since it looks the same for each and if it is a touchback it can be confused as a field goal initially. But overall its just a lot of minor gripes. My new team the Fire Salamanders may not be doing as well as we would have liked but with a very young roster we have a lot of potential for the future and I think we can go places, maybe even this season. I really like our home field design because of the color combinations, it just gives it a more serious feel as compared to some of the other HF designs. Although I suppose some home field designs are limited by their teams colors.
well for starters watching the games sucks now so that's fun. also the sim is totally fucked cuz ok losing despite being the goat team with the goat tank. so thats great. maybe its just rigged. its probably rigged. tpe dont matter if your oco cuz this league full of bitches that cant handle getting pounded in their meat holes so they rig the games against the goat team to nerf them. we still goin to the ultimus this year tho cuz big cock blasoon gonna come in and throw passes right thru these weak little nerds. you know its about time we got justice in this sissy league. i might actually watch a game or two once playoffs come cuz these regular seasons games like watching the big bang theory but the laugh track is twice as loud as the dialogue gimme some W none of that bs baby teams winning cuz reasons. as far as the different fields oco has the best one cuz its oco orange and it got an otter on it idk why anyone would think a field without an otter on it could even match that these people be trippin but thats the league you know thats why im inactive
