The northern powers continue break their tentative peace arrangement to clamp down on Germany from all sides. Italy and France refuse to move their armies in a show of mutual trust.

Russia performs a blitzing maneuver and swings an army into the Austrian backside. At the exact same time, a Turkish pincer maneuver destroys an Austrian fleet in Bulgaria!
Italy has some last minute indecision and orders two units into Trieste. They bounce each other out and keep the space clear for Austrian builds next year.
An epic unit hold in Berlin causes a massive chain of upset moves from even behind the Alps. Russia will not up its German holdings lightly! But a cheeky end-run from the German fleet secures a build in St. Petersburg as consolation.
