A lot of fun stuff goes down in the San Jose Sabercats locker room, but there's not a lot of this that I can tell you about due to certain oaths and promises I've been forced to take. The main one I can tell you about without fear of reprisals is the victory drink we have in the locker room every time we get a win. We all sit down and take it turns to chug a can of beer. The rules are simple; you puke, you're out, you fall over, you're out, you can't chug the next beer, you're out. The game gets really competitive with a lot of the big offensive and defensive line guys really keen to prove how much better they are at drinking than the smaller guys, and it quite often leads to some messy situations. It's safe to say the Sabercats coaches hate the tradition, and have tried several times to cut it out to no avail. I guess they kinda learn to live with it and can swallow the fact it's happening a little better seen as the team has just come off a win. The mess left behind is not a nice one to clean, and it's thought the one left after the Cats opening win against the Outlaws this season left the locker room particularly nasty.
