Well. It sucks. Everything. Expectations were really high this season. Sitting at 2-4-1, it's an understatement to say that the Yellowknife Wraiths have under performed this season. We had just lost in the Ultimus Finals, we were getting Er (only one) back, and we had a great rookie draft. We brought in some really awesome rookies that are starting and making an impact right away. We finally have an active kicker, we brought in a dynamic tight end, Kennedy is a beast, Akselsen is a Top TPE guy. Everything was pointing to a good season. And then the season started and it all fell apart. A tie to the Second Line?! Back to back losses to San Jose? A 39-13 thumping at home from the Otters? Like, what god did we piss off where we get punished like this. No discredit to the other teams in our division and the league, but what did the other teams do during the offseason in order to turn us from a 10-4 Ultimus finalist into a 2-4-1 bottom dweller. In what world do Borkus Maximus and Akselsen have the same passing stats? That's a perfect showing of how rigged this season has been.
