I do like the proposed system. I just think a lot could be solved if people just demanded the money they deserve. Just because you have a full bank account from your league job doesn't mean you should take a 500k contract. It gives your team an unfair advantage in cap space and there's not really much realism in it. It just throws the whole cap system out the window when we start paying people what they want/need and not what they deserve.

A starting QB should earn more than pretty much everyone on offense, not the league minimum because he's already rich, you know? Let's get selfish.
