You want to know what real frustration is? It’s drafting the most amazing class of rookies in the DSFL, keeping most of them engaged all season, creating the best DSFL team ever and losing in the Ultimini championship. That’s what real frustration is. As the general manager of the Pythons, I put together an incredible team last season consisting of Austin Roenick at quarterback, Dwayne Aaron and Blessed Storm for wide receivers, Glenn McPoyal at tight end, Borro Gore at runningback and Norman Bagwell for defensive tackle with Bobby Ruckus at safety. This was the best offensive team the DSFL had ever seen and we lost to the goddamn Palm Beach Solar Bears because they started the season off with too much TPE. By not testing thoroughly, this bot team was able to decimate the competition and even though the Pythons had the most active team and best team overall that season, we couldn’t beat them in the Ultimini championship at home! With home field advantage, we couldn’t beat them. It was incredibly infuriating and I was fuming from losing that game and mostly letting down my guys. I worked really hard to help them win a championship, but in the end it didn’t matter. We were doomed to lose to bot teams from the start of the season because 70 TPE with 2 GM player bots was too high for us to overcome.
