We can write about anything? I like this PT idea. Let's do this every week.
I love being on the Otters, and I don't think I'll ever get sick of winning. However, if we win this year, we'll be the second team to have a 3 year run of championships. Ours would be the first without any asterisks. In all honesty, even without the multis, I would give the Outlaws two of those rings still. I sincerely hope that the Otters run is coming to a close soon. Not because I grow weary of winning, or that I don't enjoy my team, but because there are 6 teams of players who, despite putting a LOT more effort into this league than the bulk of us Otters do, don't get their dividends. I feel bad for those who're loyal to Colorado. I feel bad for the Wraiths who were so close but yet so far. I feel bad for the Sabercats, who finally hit paydirt and made playoffs, and if they fall to us this week, watch their dreams get crushed yet again. I have so much respect for the multitude of players who dedicate themselves to these teams and haven't even whiffed success. If we lose to San Jose, nobody will be rooting harder for them than I. As much as I respect Philly, who would be the only other team I'd really want to play for, and Yellowknife for always being a competitor, I've gained a massive amount of respect for San Jose and the hole they climbed from only a few seasons ago. Nothing makes me happier than to see a rags to riches story. If OC can't win a ring this year, I'd be happy to see San Jose keep the ASFC the premier division in the NSFL. But until we're out of the hubt, I'm all in on the Otters threepeat.
