(MAX: 35) Tackling: 20
(MAX: 85) Speed: 60
(MAX: 100) Hands: 65
(MAX: 35) Pass Blocking: 20
(MAX: 35) Run Blocking: 20
(MAX: 100) Endurance: 65
(MAX: 25) Kick Power: 1
(MAX: 25) Kick Accuracy: 1

So to get Hands from 65 >70 for example would cost 10 TPE, then 70->71 would cost 5, etc etc
