I'd consider Reigns the player a bust, but the short time he was on the Otters he left a lasting impression with his teaching them (especially timeconsumer) about the sim. So the player was a bust, but maybe not so much the user.
On that list the one's I'd consider as NOT busts would be Garden, Carter, Jackson, Mackworthy, Cook, and Tuck. Ramrio might be on the edge but don't think he's in "bust" territory. Law is probably on the edge too but he's been a decent enough #2/3 WR.
