Lavelle's pre season and off season training regime is exactly the same as his regular season training programme. The athletes of the NSFL have been late to the foam rolling party but apparently athletes such as Mayran Jackson of the San Jose Sabercats and Antoine Delacour of the Baltimore Hawks both are keen on it.
