My workout regimen is a bit wonky, but it's really been helping my build up my cardio.
I've been playing a ton of Knockout League on Playstation Virtual Reality.
Yeah, it sounds crazy but good give it a shot. There's so much movement and throwing punches, it has me sweating after about five minutes of game play.
Each fight has a sequence that it goes through but to get it right is much easier said than done.
I mix that in with a normal boxing workout and I get a lot of cardio in. I hate running just to run, so this definitely helps. I like mixing it in with a regular boxing workout just for the unexpected stuff that happens. It helps me stay on my toes so I can stay unpredictable. That definitely transfers onto the field when I have to run my routes or break tackles.
