When it comes to the training regimen for professional athletes you'll almost always get some kind of workout program, whether it's push and pull, martial arts, ballet, or any other kind of physical activity. That isn't what I do and it isn't what my family has done. It's no secret that I'm a third generation professional football player and while my blood line has a ton of naturally given physical attributes that make up what is needed to succeed in this sport, there has been one constant in my life that I feel has aided me along the way and that is the Brock Weathers line of Marie Calender's Chicken Pot Pies.
