HAMMER JACK follows a strict diet of high protein and low carbs. He is up in the morning at 5am doing cardio and running five miles. he the makes his way to the gym for 2 hours strength training with his trainer. Late morning after his snack, he reads and studies his playbook. he has a mini camp of a few of minor league athletes who run routes with him to strengthen his coverage on wideouts. He is a machine who follows protocol. His skill set is timeless. After practice, he hits the ice bath and then back to his room for an hour nap. he wakes up to a late afternoon meal followed by some reading of playbooks. his strengths include high football iq..great work ethic..respect for teammates and 100% participation in drills. he is an elite talent who leave his mark in the reigns of his competitors. After a full day of workouts and practice,,he enjoys an hour of vinyasa yoga to stretch and ease muscle and blood flow.
