Something to keep in mind is that the penalties on the offensive linemen for the Otters' Wichester and Boyd were illegal formation penalties which may or may not be their fault. If they lined up too far into the backfield (head not breaking the center's waist) then it's on them. However if the tackle was uncovered it would be called on them but it wouldn't be their fault. And we have no way of knowing which it was. Hamilton's penalty was a false start and that's on him.
