1) He immediately claimed to be a "boring human" with "no roles".
2) He has been pushing the "no vote night one" train pretty hard. Which guarantees that a bot lives through night one.
Now, why does it matter if a bot lives through Night 1 you ask? Because these bots can have roles. So not only do they already know who is/isn't a bot. But they can also use their power to block our actions or identify our roles. But each robot can only kill 1 person or use 1 action. So if we don't kill a robot then 2 of us can be killed tonight, or they can kill 1 and find out another's role, etc. Now if we kill a robot, they will be unable to use their power and kill one of us. They would have to choose to either kill or use the power.
And the icing on the cake for this game, is that we find out who we killed. If we kill a robot we will know that there is only 1 left. However, if we kill a human, then we know we messed up and can follow the additional information gained during talking here.
TL;DR: We have to try and kill a bot or they will dominate this game.
