The move from Tijuana to San Jose was pretty huge, but at least it skipped all of the legal stuff you had to fill out to inorder to reside in Mexico. West coast culture is still vastly different from the northeast. The climate much like Tijuana, is extremely warm for the most part, which has always proven been difficult for Brad to get comfortable with. Brad never was much of a beach guy coming straight out of New York City and more recently, Syracuse. The SaberCats play in a dome environment, so at least the climate will not greatly effect Brad's performance on gameday. The people are still friendly and the food is alright, but Silicon Valley is awfully strange. Everything has a modern, almost futuristic appearance. It's almost as if the entire city exists in a separate reality from the rest of the world. That rubs Brad slightly the wrong way even if San Jose is now his home for the foreseeable future.
