My memorial day is usually quite boring, but sometimes I get out there and do things. This memorial day was one spent with friends enjoying the beautiful weather. I was definitely fully clad in my American gear; the bro top, the bandana and the Murica sun glasses. While I'll never serve or be respected in that manner, I can at least show my American side.
I hung out with friends and played the traditional Memorial Day games of Kan Jam and Cornhole, got into a wrestling match and threw water in my friends face. It was quite eventful. We also grilled hot dogs and some heathen wanted turkey burgers, so those made an appearance even if they weren't ingested by this writer.
The night ended with some table top games of Zombicide, where my trusty created sniper rifle paid off in spades and really helped save the night. We found a way to get all the goods and get the hell out of there despite it looking like we were going to die.
To tie the night off, I walked my dog around the block to get him some fresh air and to clear my head.
Also, there was beer involved. Duh.
