So, let me get this straight.  8 teams, each with up to 4 rule proposals, and this is the result?

Just because we can make more rules, doesn't mean we should... Rulebook is already a bit of a mess and we should just keep piling on?

We're 8 Seasons in now, most rules that are necessity are going to be in by now.
