There is a fledgling rivalry between the New Orleans Second Line and Orange County Otters building in the National Simulation Football League's American Simulation Football Conference. Two teams once separated by a great divide have quickly become fierce competitors with one another as the New Orleans Second Line have assembled a dangerous collection of talent to rival the Orange County Otters' dominance in the conference. Things have only become more tense as a result of one Jaylon Broxton, former safety for the New Orleans Second Line, betraying his own comrades and joining the villainous Orange County Otters. To hear Broxton tell it, the move was in no way personal and simply representative of a fantastic career opportunity to improve the life of he and his family. To hear the New Orleans Second Line players tell it, Broxton is a disgusting, no-good, traitorous, treacherous, dirty, rotten, betraying SNAKE. Apparently the constant bullying has taken a toll on Broxton's private life as he frequently cries himself to sleep as his mind wrestles between wanting to remain friends with his former teammates and wanting to decapitate them because they are awful bullies who can't just accept that he is a man capable of making his own decisions and not some mindless zombie who obeys Bovo's every word. These days it seems like Broxton's only remaining friend with the team is their quarterback, Borkus Maximus III. The two remain privately close but publicly hostile toward each other in an attempt to hide their friendship from their respective teams.
