Hey @TannerH you've still overapplied the starting TPE. Right now you have:
Arm: 65 starting +25 = 73
Intelligence: 65 starting +15 = 71
Accuracy: 65 starting + 35 = 75
Total TPE = 75
It's 30 TPE to improve all 3 to 70 leaving you 20 TPE (4 attribute points) to improve from there if that's the way you want to go.
