Drizzy has the right to be upset, but ultimately I don't think this is a punishable offense. Kendrick gained no benefit from this in terms of sim league performance (except I guess being lazy). If it happens again, without accreditation, I think it does escalate to a plagiarism/stealing work issue even if it doesn't benefit Kendrick (or any other user who does something similar).
For the record, @yoye reached out to me about making sigs in another league similar to the draft gfx I made, and has my blessing. I think this incident has ultimately made others more careful about taking inspiration from others work, and I definitely appreciate that yoye contacted me to make sure that I knew about it.
