Tbh calling it a shitty stolen version of your work but then saying it's JUST like yours is pretty weird. It's a plain colored background with a tiny bit of texture and color dodge bubbles. Thats hardly a base for a copyright. Now does it suck to have your sig ripped? sure but also maybe take it as a compliment that he'd like to emulate you but did it the wrong way.

I know it sucks dank but tbh it's not a deal where the league needs to crucify the person.

There's nothing wrong with trying to emulate the sig but the dude stole every layer and just replaced his render and changed the colours
