QBs in general were worse in S9.  For one, I was playing.  Noble was also a starter.  Akselsen was having a slump year as well.  Pennington had no receivers (the first time).  The league as a whole passed badly.  Boss may not have been anywhere near his former glory, but he was still good enough.

Showbiz is better than Boss was in his final season, but the whole league is better.  0 QBs in the league are regressed, and there are no true rookies.

I'm pretty sure Boss was below average by TPE in S9, depending on where Applehort was. In any event, Atwell is ranks 5th in the league in receiver TPE so she'll be just fine. don't let one wonky game in which our offense scored 17 despite averaging 5+ TDs in tests confuse you.
