Kendrick Punishment

At no point in any of the campaigning that I did to get you punished (yes, I did actively campaign for it) did I accuse you of cheating.  Cheating is intentional.  But you did do something you weren't allowed to do, and your player (and team, by extension) was better as a result.

The penalty I proposed, and have continued to propose is "illegal gain removed+50% penalty."  This is the exact same punishment we use on salary cap violations, which is another instance of common, understandable mistake that unintentionally results in an unfair advantage.

Well I appreciate that you didn't accuse me of cheating. I understand your campaign to get me punished. It makes sense. The punishment you propose is also fair. Mistakes definitely do result in unfair advantage sometimes and small punishments should be handed out.
